Lecture-02: Financial Market & its instruments and Different Indicators                                          Duration: 90 Min

Money Market- Bond (Traditional bond, Zero coupon bond, Perpetual bond, Conversion and Redemption option), Debenture, Government Bond and Treasury Bills, Capital Market- Primary Market, Secondary Market, , Preferred Stock, Mutual Fund- Open End and Close End.

Market Indicators- Index Graph, Chart, DSE20, Company Indicator- Stock Category, Credit rating, Disclosures- Price sensitive disclosures, Stock buy/sell declarations by Directors and sponsors, other news.

Day-04

Lecture-07: Basics of analysis                                                                                                            Duration 120 Min

Economic analysis- Economic outlook, country risk, economic prospect and threats, Judgment on Economy
Industry Analysis in view of porters five forces, Judgment on the industry
Company Analysis based on SWOT, Judgment on the company ’s future profitability
Basic valuation based on DCF and Relative valuation

Tea Break

Lecture-08: Money Management & Review Class                                                                           Duration: 120 Min

Risk and Return, Relationship Between Risk & Return, Risk & Return Measurement, Building Portfolio and its Management, Management Analysis, Price Sensitive Information, This class will be designed based on participants response, Examination, Certification.
